How to use the Seating Chart

PlanWed offers the exclusive feature - seating chart. Everyone can try out the seating chart feature, but for unlimited use and full customization, upgrading to the premium version is the way to go. Otherwise, you'll be limited to selecting just one table layout and adding up to 10 guests.

Are you ready to create your special day seating chart? Let's begin!

Step 1: You will find the seating chart in the 'guests' section. Once the guests list is created, click 'create new' button and choose your tables. If you're planning to have a stage or bar during your wedding, be sure to add them to your layout too.

Step 2: Add the number of guests to each table and click continue.

Step 3: You’ve been taken to the floor plan view, where you can visualize the placement of tables, the bar, and the stage.

Step 4: Assigning your guests to tables is one of the key steps. Slide to the right to view other tables. Once you're done, click 'Save' and give your seating chart a name.
